Brechner Report
The Brechner ReportĀ is a monthly newsletter summarizing developments in open meetings and public records laws. Other media law topics covered include libel, censorship, privacy, copyright and trademarks, reporter’s privilege, prior restraint, and access to courts and court records.
The newsletter also features results of the Center’s research and commentary about recent events and issues. Past issues of The Brechner ReportĀ from July 1995 to the present are available below.
